About Me!

I was born on the Azim Steppe, and spent most of my early years wandering from camp to camp learning the ways of the Dataq Tribe. I was mostly content with that nomadic lifestyle until the Garlean intervention in Doma brought blood and trade in equal measure. While the Garlean Empire wrapped its tendrils around Doma, the Steppe remained beyond their reach, its leaders content to take advantage of the vast imperial trade network. For the first time, I saw goods from every corner of the world and truly yearned to leave my familiar world behind.

So I did.

I gathered up what supplies I could muster, and with my father's blessing set out to see the world. My travels took me around the southernmost reach of Ilsabard to sunny Thavnair, then across the sea to Eorzea. I spent time trading knowledge for coin in Ul'dah and learning fishing from the sailors of Limsa, before catching the eye of a curious Sharlayan gleaner. I never got his name, but he saw something in me, perhaps a wanderlust that all of his ilk seem to express, and he handed me a token and bade me visit the isle of sages and scholars.

Since then I've been a student, a gleaner, a teacher, and a wandering researcher. However now I want to share my knowledge in another way. So come! Bring me your curiosity and I'll show you treasures like you've never imagined.

General RP Preferences
If I have an RP tag on, feel free to walk up! I prefer RP with friends, but I'm always open to meeting new people while in character. Otherwise I play socially with friends and FC mates; if I'm not in RP already, you can request it, but please respect that I may decline to participate.

RP Likes
- Mirror RP: I try to match the tone and general vibe of my RP partner/group, and will adjust to suit the situation! - Academia RP: I'm a university professor IRL, and am very comfortable roleplaying serious academic discussion. If your character has theories about Allagan culture, the aetherial nature of fauna, or the chemical composition of Thanalan Soil, I'm happy to listen and give my perspective. - Slice of Life: Lemuel is a researcher and spends most of her time fishing, traveling, and writing. While I'm not totally averse to darker themes (she's vaguely aware of MSQ events), that's not my primary goal in RP.

I prefer more grounded RP that avoids flexing the raw power of a character. - Metagaming: Everything in my profile is there to give you a feel for my character, and you're not likely to know any of it ahead of time. - ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE

How It Works

The form will gather preliminary information on your project
I'll do my best to reply within 24 hours with a time and cost quote
Once you have your quote, you can decide whether you'd like to proceed with your project
From there, I'll give you regular progress updates until the work is done

Business Details

Projects are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. If there's a backlog, I'll let you know ASAP!
If your project takes longer than anticipated, I won't charge you more than I quoted (That's on me for giving you a mistaken estimate!)
For some projects (like pentamelding) I may request partial upfront payment to offset high material costs
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel projects. That said, I will do my best to give advanced notice of cancelations and will refund any/all payment for projects that I have to cancel
The customer also reserves the right to cancel a project at any time prior to completion
Refunds on customer-initiated cancelations will be on a case-by-case basis
